What should I do if I forget my password?

You can reset your password by following the below steps:

1. On the login page, click the Forgot Password link.
   
   
2. Enter your email address and click the Request password reset link.
   
   
3. You will receive an email to reset your password. Click on Reset Password.
   
   Note: The email may take up to 10 minutes to show up in your inbox. Check your spam folder in case you do not receive the email. The password reset link will expire within 48 hours.
   
   
4. You will be redirected to a page to create your new password. Enter in your new password and click Confirm.
   
   
5. You will be taken to the login page after your password has been updated.
